Top Hitters All-Time in WSEM: #7-9 (by David Castle)

Probably the most underrated hitter in WSEM history. He does everything pretty well, but his only knock is that he’s a free swinger, which shows in his batting average and OBP. He’s a good teammate and someone I’d want on my team every year.

He’s never really had a good batting average, but he can hit a ball a country mile; I know from personal experience. Trust me. What stands out most to me is that he gets an RBI just about every game, which is easier said than done with the pitching we have in WSEM. If he didn’t swing for the fences every time, he’d be higher on this list. Regardless, he is and will continue to be a great power hitter.

He’s obviously always been known for his pitching, but don’t sleep on his bat either, which makes him one of the best 2 way players in the league. He can draw walks and hit with power. He’ll be a nice compliment to Bortmas in 2016 as the Aces look to go back to back.
